Grilled Pimento Cheese on Sourdough

  • 8 Slices Sourdough Bread
  • 16 Ounce Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
  • 1 Large Tomato Sliced
  • ½ Pound Bacon Fried & Crumbled

Instructions

  • Mix fried bacon crumbs into the pimento cheese.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Spread ¼ of pimento cheese mixture on each of four slices of bread.
  • Place one plain slice and one pimento cheese slice of bread, buttered side down in a warm skillet.
  • Grill until bread is toasted and cheese is warm.
  • Add a slice of tomato and combine into sandwich.
  • Repeat with the remaining slices of bread.
