Grilled Pimento Cheese on Sourdough

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Slices Sourdough Bread
  • 16 Ounce Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
  • 1 Large Tomato Sliced
  • ½ Pound Bacon Fried & Crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Mix fried bacon crumbs into the Pimento Cheese
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread
  • Spread ¼ of Pimento Cheese mixture on each of four slices of bread
  • Place one plain slice and one pimento cheese slice of bread, buttered side down in a warm skillet
  • Grill until bread is toasted and cheese is warm
  • Add a slice of tomato and combine into sandwich
  • Repeat with the remaining slices of bread
