- 10 Ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup Canned
- 1½ Cup Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- 1 Egg
- ¼ Cup Red Onion Chopped
- 1 Tsp Salt
- ½ Tsp Pepper
- 3 12 Ounces Frozen Broccoli (Chopped)
- To taste Paprika

- In a large bowl mix together soup, pimento cheese, egg, onion, and salt and pepper.
- Add in frozen broccoli and mix well.
- Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and spread out evenly.
- Sprinkle paprika on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes (at 350°F assumed based on similar casseroles; adjust if needed).
