  • 4 Cups Penne Pasta Cooked
  • 1 Lbs. Ground Beef
  • 1 Lbs. Country Pork Sausage
  • 4 Ounces Pepperonis Mini
  • 1 Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1 Cup Chopped Pepper Medley Red, Green and Yellow
  • 1 Small Onion Chopped
  • 2 Gloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 Tsp. Oregano
  • 16 Ounces Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
  • ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 6 Ounces Mushrooms Sliced
  • 6 Ounces Olives Sliced
  • 24 Ounces Pizza Sauce Jar
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

  • Cook penne pasta according to package directions.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Brown beef and sausage together.
  • Add pepper medley, jalapeno, garlic, and onions together and sauté until tender.
  • Add oregano, pepperoni, pimento cheese, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, olives, and pizza sauce.
  • Mix well.
  • Stir in penne pasta.
  • Remove the mixture from the frying pan and pour into a 9x13 dish.
  • Cover with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
