Instructions
Cook penne pasta according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.
Brown beef and sausage together.
Add pepper medley, jalapeno, garlic, and onions together and sauté until tender.
Add oregano, pepperoni, pimento cheese, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, olives, and pizza sauce.
Mix well.
Stir in penne pasta.
Remove the mixture from the frying pan and pour into a 9x13 dish.
Cover with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
