- 4 Cups Penne Pasta Cooked
- 1 Lbs. Ground Beef
- 1 Lbs. Country Pork Sausage
- 4 Ounces Pepperonis Mini
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- 1 Cup Chopped Pepper Medley Red, Green and Yellow
- 1 Small Onion Chopped
- 2 Gloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Tsp. Oregano
- 16 Ounces Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- ½ Cup Cheddar Cheese
- 6 Ounces Mushrooms Sliced
- 6 Ounces Olives Sliced
- 24 Ounces Pizza Sauce Jar
- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

- Cook penne pasta according to package directions.
- Drain and set aside.
- Brown beef and sausage together.
- Add pepper medley, jalapeno, garlic, and onions together and sauté until tender.
- Add oregano, pepperoni, pimento cheese, cheddar cheese, mushrooms, olives, and pizza sauce.
- Mix well.
- Stir in penne pasta.
- Remove the mixture from the frying pan and pour into a 9x13 dish.
- Cover with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
