  • 10 Ounces Cream of Mushroom Soup Canned
  • Cup Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ Cup Red Onion Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Pepper
  • 3 12 Ounces Frozen Broccoli (Chopped)
  • To taste Paprika

  • In a large bowl mix together soup, pimento cheese, egg, onion, and salt and pepper.
  • Add in frozen broccoli and mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and spread out evenly.
  • Sprinkle paprika on top.
  • Bake for 45 minutes (at 350°F assumed based on similar casseroles; adjust if needed).
