Pimento Cheese Balls

This delicious finger food is perfect for watching the big game, sitting around the camp fire or any gathering.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounce Musten & Crutchfield Bold Pimento Cheese
  • 4 ounce Musten & Crutchfield Original Pimento Cheese
  • 1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 4.5 ounce Chopped Peacans
  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Dried Onions
  • ½ tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 10-12 pcs Pretzels Sticks (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Allow cream cheese to soften
  • Cook bacon until crisp, dice.
  • Roast pecans 8-10 minutes in oven at 325°
  • Combine cream cheese, pimento cheese (both flavors), soup mix, dried onion, salt & pepper (to taste), worchestershire sauce, dijon mustard. Mix well
  • Refrigerate for a couple of hours
  • Combine bacon and chopped pecans in a separate bowl. Set aside. This will be used just before serving.
  • Roll mixture into balls roughly the size of a golf ball.
  • Before serving, roll balls in mixture of bacon and chopped pecans
  • Insert one pretzel stick in the top of each ball for serving. (Optional)
