- 4 Chicken breast
- 4 Prosciutto Boars head (sliced)
- Spinach leaves Fresh
- 16 Ounces Pimento cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- Bacon

- Use meat tenderizer and flatten out chicken breast.
- Layer with a slice of prosciutto, then fresh spinach leaves, then pimento cheese.
- Roll up and tuck ends in to seal in cheese.
- Wrap with 2-3 slices of bacon.
- Bake in the oven at 400° for 20 minutes.
- Flip the chicken breast over and bake another 15-20 minutes until your desired crispness of bacon slices.
- The remaining pimento cheese melts and goes over the chicken breast as a sauce.
