  • 2 Lbs. Lean ground beef
  • 1ΒΌ C. Onion Diced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 16 Oz. Spinach Packaged, Frozen, And Chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Badia Complete Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Dill Weed Dried
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 4 C. Reaper Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield

Instructions

  • In a large skillet cook beef over medium heat until done.
  • Add onion and spices.
  • Continue cooking until onions are translucent.
  • Add garlic and cook for one minute more.
  • Next add frozen spinach and cook until spinach is thawed and most of the water has cooked away.
  • Stir in pimento cheese.
  • Serve with chips, crackers or bread.

Notes

This recipe also makes a great filling for pie or casserole.
