- 2 Lbs. Lean ground beef
- 1ΒΌ C. Onion Diced
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 16 Oz. Spinach Packaged, Frozen, And Chopped
- 1 Tsp. Badia Complete Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Dill Weed Dried
- Salt and Pepper
- 4 C. Reaper Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield

- In a large skillet cook beef over medium heat until done.
- Add onion and spices.
- Continue cooking until onions are translucent.
- Add garlic and cook for one minute more.
- Next add frozen spinach and cook until spinach is thawed and most of the water has cooked away.
- Stir in pimento cheese.
- Serve with chips, crackers or bread.
