Pimento Cheese Spinach Dip

Pimento Cheese Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. Lean ground beef
- 1ΒΌ C. Onion Diced
- 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 16 Oz. Spinach Packaged, Frozen, And Chopped
- 1 Tsp. Badia Complete Seasoning
- 1 tbsp. Dill Weed Dried
- Salt and Pepper
- 4 C. Reaper Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
Instructions
- In a large skillet cook beef over medium heat until done.
- Add Onion and Spices
- Continue cooking until Onions are translucent
- Add Garlic and cook for one minute more
- Next add frozen Spinach and cook until Spinach is thawed and most of the water has cooked away
- Stir in Pimento Cheese
- Serve with Chips, Crackers or Bread

This recipe also makes a great filling for Pie or Casserole
