Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lbs. Lean ground beef
  • 1ΒΌ C. Onion Diced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 16 Oz. Spinach Packaged, Frozen, And Chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Badia Complete Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. Dill Weed Dried
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 4 C. Reaper Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet cook beef over medium heat until done.
  • Add Onion and Spices
  • Continue cooking until Onions are translucent
  • Add Garlic and cook for one minute more
  • Next add frozen Spinach and cook until Spinach is thawed and most of the water has cooked away
  • Stir in Pimento Cheese
  • Serve with Chips, Crackers or Bread

Notes

This recipe also makes a great filling for Pie or Casserole
