Instructions
In a large skillet cook beef over medium heat until done.
Add onion and spices.
Continue cooking until onions are translucent.
Add garlic and cook for one minute more.
Next add frozen spinach and cook until spinach is thawed and most of the water has cooked away.
Stir in pimento cheese.
Serve with chips, crackers or bread.
Notes
This recipe also makes a great filling for pie or casserole.
