- 2 14¾ oz cans Cream-Style Corn
- 1 8 oz Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 Cup Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- ½ Cup Butter Melted
- 1 to 1½ Cup Cheddar Shredded

- In a large bowl stir together corn, muffin mix, pimento cheese, and melted butter.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and top with cheddar cheese.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Take the dish out of the oven and let it cool down, then enjoy!!
