  • 2 14¾ oz cans Cream-Style Corn
  • 1 8 oz Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 Cup Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
  • ½ Cup Butter Melted
  • 1 to 1½ Cup Cheddar Shredded

  • In a large bowl stir together corn, muffin mix, pimento cheese, and melted butter.
  • Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and top with cheddar cheese.
  • Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Take the dish out of the oven and let it cool down, then enjoy!!
