Pig-Mento Cheese Dip

- 1 Pkg Hot Sausage Neese's
- 8 Ounces Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- 1 8oz Pkg Cream Cheese
- 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes Hot
- ¼ Cup Jalapenos Pickled & Diced
- 1 Bag Tortilla Chips for serving

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a skillet, cook the Neese's Sausage until brown.
- Drain the grease, but do not rinse the sausage.
- In the warm skillet mix the sausage, pimento cheese, cream cheese and diced jalapenos.
- Drain the can of Rotel Tomatoes and add to the mix.
- Stir together, scoop the mixture into a 6x10 baking dish.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!!
