Set crock pot to low.
Whisk the cream cheese, pimento cheese and heavy cream in the crock pot until mostly smooth.
Add corn, sugar, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
Cover. Cook on low for 4 hours, stirring 2-3 times.
