Beef & Pimento Cheese Mac Bake

  • 1 to 1½ Lbs. Beef
  • 1 Cup Beef stock
  • ½ Small Onion Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic Diced
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Cajun spice
  • 2-3 Tsp. Flour
  • 8 Ounces Pasta Cooked to package directions
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 16 Ounces Bold pimento cheese Musten & Crutchfield
  • Parmesan cheese for topping

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Prepare 9x9 baking pan with cooking spray.
  • In a pan brown beef. Add onions, garlic, salt and Cajun spices; cook for about 5 minutes. Add beef stock and simmer till cooked.
  • Add flour to thicken.
  • Place beef mix in prepared pan.
  • Take slightly cooled pasta and add egg and bold pimento cheese, then mix well.
  • Take pasta mix and spread over beef in the pan. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until browned & Enjoy!!!
