  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 8 Ounces Pimento Cheese Bold (Musten & Crutchfield)
  • 4 Ounces Pimento Cheese Regular (Musten & Crutchfield)
  • 1 Pkg Vegetable Soup Mix Knorr
  • 2 Pkgs Pecans 2.25oz (Chopped)
  • 1 Lbs. Bacon
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Onion Diced
  • ½ Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • To Taste Salt & Pepper
  • Pretzel Sticks

Instructions

  • Fry bacon until crisp & then dice up into fine pieces.
  • Roast pecans 8-10 minutes in the oven at 325°.
  • Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
  • Combine cream cheese, pimento cheese, soup mix, onion, salt & pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard then mix well.
  • Round mixture into balls after refrigerating for a couple hours.
  • Before serving roll the mixture into a mixture of bacon and chopped pecans.
  • Insert one pretzel stick in top of each ball for serving.
