Allow cream cheese to soften
Cook bacon until crisp, dice.
Roast pecans 8-10 minutes in oven at 325°
Combine cream cheese, pimento cheese (both flavors), soup mix, dried onion, salt & pepper (to taste), worchestershire sauce, dijon mustard. Mix well
Refrigerate for a couple of hours
Combine bacon and chopped pecans in a separate bowl. Set aside. This will be used just before serving.
Roll mixture into balls roughly the size of a golf ball.
Before serving, roll balls in mixture of bacon and chopped pecans
Insert one pretzel stick in the top of each ball for serving. (Optional)
