Pimento Cheese Balls

- 1 Oven
Ingredients
- 8 ounce Cream Cheese (softened)
- 8 ounce Musten & Crutchfield Bold Pimento Cheese
- 4 ounce Musten & Crutchfield Original Pimento Cheese
- 1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
- 4.5 ounce Chopped Peacans
- 1 lb Bacon
- 1 tbsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 3 tbsp Dried Onions
- ½ tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 10-12 pcs Pretzels Sticks (Optional)
Instructions
- Allow cream cheese to soften
- Cook bacon until crisp, dice.
- Roast pecans 8-10 minutes in oven at 325°
- Combine cream cheese, pimento cheese (both flavors), soup mix, dried onion, salt & pepper (to taste), worchestershire sauce, dijon mustard. Mix well
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours
- Combine bacon and chopped pecans in a separate bowl. Set aside. This will be used just before serving.
- Roll mixture into balls roughly the size of a golf ball.
- Before serving, roll balls in mixture of bacon and chopped pecans
- Insert one pretzel stick in the top of each ball for serving. (Optional)
