Sea Star Pimento And Pasta Pie With Chicken

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 Pack Knorr Pasta Sides Cheesy Spinach Dip Fettuccini in a Creamy sauce with Garlic & Asiago
  • 1 2 Pack Pie Crust Great Value (Ready to bake)
  • Cup water
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 8 Ounces Pimento Cheese Regular (Musten & Crutchfield)
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter

  • Get about 3 cups of chicken from the rotisserie chicken and shred into small pieces then put the chicken in a bowl and set aside.
  • Combine 1½ Cups of water, ½ cup of milk, and 1 Tbsp. of butter in a pot on the stove at high heat.
  • After bringing that to a boil pour the packet of Knorr Cheesy spinach dip in and boil/stir for 7 minutes.
  • While that's cooking put the pimento cheese in a bowl with the shredded chicken and stir together.
  • Once spinach dip is done it will be a thick mixture then pour it into the chicken and pimento cheese and mix (while spinach dip is still hot).
  • Open one pie crust, cut 2 three-inch circles for each pie desired.
  • On one circle, Put the combined mixture (chicken, pimento cheese, spinach dip), use the other dough circles on top as a pie cover.
  • Pinch the sides of the circles together around the mixture, set on baking sheet. Repeat this process for the amount of pies you desire to make or until there's no more dough.
  • Bake pies at 365° for about 20 minutes or until they're slightly golden brown.
  • Enjoy your sea star pimento and pasta pie with chicken as an appetizer or combine several of them as a main course.
