Pimento Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Reaper pimento cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- 5 Medium Potatoes Diced
- 2 Green onions Diced
- 8 Ounces Ranch Dressing
- ½ Stick Butter
- 4 Slices Bacon Cooked
- ¼ Cup Cheddar
Instructions
- Placed diced potatoes topped with butter in greased 9x9 pan & cover.
- Bake 400℉ for 1 hour.
- Add onions, bacon, ranch dressing, and pimento cheese.
- Top with cheddar and bake 10 additional minutes.
