Pimento Cheese Poppers
Ingredients
- 12 ounces Original Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- 12 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 16 ounces mini sweet peppers halved and seeds removed
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375°
- Mix the pimento cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, thyme, basil, and garlic powder together
- fill each pepper with the cheese mixture
- arrange on a baking sheet
- cover with foil
- bake for 20 minutes
