Pimento Cheese Mexican Layered lasagna
Ingredients
- 16 Ounces Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- 10 Ounces Tomatoes with habanero Canned & Diced
- 15 Ounces Black beans with cumin Canned
- 15 Ounces Sweet corn Canned & Drained
- 1 Lbs. Ground Hamburger
- 6 Flour tortillas
- 1 Pkg. Shredded & blended cheeses
Instructions
- Brown hamburger & drain.
- Add pimento cheese, diced tomatoes, corn, and black beans to the hamburger.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Layer with tortillas.
- Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and black olives.
- Bake for 30 minutes on 350℉ and serve.
