Pig-Mento Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 Pkg Hot Sausage Neese's
- 8 Ounces Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- 1 (8oz) Pkg Cream Cheese
- 1 Can Rotel Tomatoes Hot
- ¼ Cup Jalapenos Pickled & Diced
- 1 Bag Tortilla Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- In a skillet, Cook the Neese's Sausage until brown
- Drain the grease, but do not rinse the sausage
- In the warm skillet mix the Sausage, Pimento Cheese, Cream Cheese and diced Jalapenos
- Drain the can of Rotel Tomatoes and add to the mix
- Stir together, scoop the mixture into a 6x10 baking dish
- Bake for 18 minutes
- Remove from the oven and Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips!!
