Grilled Pimento Cheese on Sourdough
Ingredients
- 8 Slices Sourdough Bread
- 16 Ounce Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- 1 Large Tomato Sliced
- ½ Pound Bacon Fried & Crumbled
Instructions
- Mix fried bacon crumbs into the Pimento Cheese
- Butter one side of each slice of bread
- Spread ¼ of Pimento Cheese mixture on each of four slices of bread
- Place one plain slice and one pimento cheese slice of bread, buttered side down in a warm skillet
- Grill until bread is toasted and cheese is warm
- Add a slice of tomato and combine into sandwich
- Repeat with the remaining slices of bread
