Emma Roses Creamed Corn
Great served as a dip with tortilla chips!
Ingredients
- 6 Cups Corn Frozen & Sweet
- 1½ Cups Heavy Cream
- 8 Ounces Pimento Cheese (your choice on heat level) Musten & Crutchfield
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese Cubed & softened
- ½ Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- To Taste Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Set crock pot to low
- Whisk the cream cheese, pimento cheese and heavy cream in the crock pot until mostly smooth
- Add corn, sugar, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover. Cook on low for 4 hours, stirring 2-3 times.
- Enjoy!!!
