Corn and Pimento Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
- 2(14¾) cans Cream-Style Corn
- 1 8 Ounce Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 Cup Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- ½ Cup Butter Melted
- 1 to ½ Cup Chedder Shredded
Instructions
- In a large bowl stir together Corn, Muffin mix, Pimento cheese, and melted butter
- Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish
- Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove from oven and top with cheddar cheese
- Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
- take the dish out of the oven and let it cool down, then Enjoy!!
