Beef & Pimento Cheese Mac Bake
Ingredients
- 1 to 1½ Lbs. Beef
- 1 Cup. Beef stock
- ½ Small Onion Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic Diced
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Cajon spice
- 2-3 Tsp. Flour
- 8 Ounces Pasta Cooked to package directions
- 1 Egg Beaten
- 16 Ounces Bold pimento cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Prepare 9x9 baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a pan brown beef. Add onions, garlic, salt and cajon spices cook for about 5 minutes. Add beef stock and simmer till cooked.
- Add flour to thicken.
- Place beef mix in prepared pan.
- Take slightly cooled pasta and add egg and M&C pimento cheese, then mix well.
- Take pasta mix spread over beef in the pan. Sprinkle parmeson on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until browned & Enjoy!!!
