Pimento Cheese and Steak Eggrolls
Ingredients
- 16 Ounces Bold Pimento Cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- 1 Pkg Eggroll wrappers
- 2 Cups Beef Shaved
- 2 Tbsp Sweet Yellow Onion Sliced Thin
- To Taste Salt & Pepper
- 1 Egg Beaten
- Saigon Sauce
Instructions
- Sweat Onions to slightly brown in a plan over medium heat
- Remove Onions and place shaved Beef in pan
- Season with Salt & Pepper and cook Beef (cover to help the beef cook through)
- Strain Beef to remove oil and let it cool
- Remove Eggroll wrapper 1 at a time add 1 tbsp of Pimento Cheese and 1 tbsp of Beef
- Turn Wrapper so its pointed ends face you, using a kitchen brush spread egg around the entire edge of the wrapper
- Tuck the two outer edges in to form an envelope and roll to meet the other edge pointing north
- Fry Eggrolls at 350° until golden brown and serve with saigon sauce!
