Hashbrown and Pimento cheese casserole
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. Hashbrowns Frozen
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken soup
- 8 Ounces Sour cream
- ½ Cup Onion Chopped
- 8 Ounces Hot pimento cheese Musten & Crutchfield
- 1 Cup Sharp cheddar cheese Grated
- 1 Stick Margarine Melted
- 2 Cups Cornflakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Mix all ingredients except cornflakes. Put in a greased 9x13 inch dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with the cornflakes.
- Bake an additional 30 minutes.
